Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Handle overtime calls, update coverage sheets, and enter schedule changes
- Data Updates: Maintain accurate computer files by adding employees, changing templates, and updating personnel information
- Daily Assignments: Prepare assignment sheets and verify accuracy using bi-weekly schedules
- Communication Support: Answer calls courteously and direct callers to the appropriate staff
- Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, mail processing, and retrieval of information
Schedule
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch
- Shift may change based on operational needs
- Overtime hours as needed
- No telework option available
Pay
Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,831 (before taxes).

Requirements
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- Must meet the PA residency requirement
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
Qualifications
A conditional offer of employment will require:
- Medical examination
- Submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance
