Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of organizational systems and processes
- Provide recommendations for improving organizational performance
- Collaborate with leadership teams to implement change initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs on organizational psychology topics
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Professional certification in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in a corporate or government setting
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of organizational behavior theories
- Experience with data analysis tools
