About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter I (High Level Security) to join their team. As a Recruiter I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.

Requirements

• 4-8 years' experience of corporate recruiting experience
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting, solution architect or sales candidates
• Public Sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managing requisitions (12-15 reqs).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible on start/end time). 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.

Pay

$30–33/hr. This is an 11-month contract with the potential for permanent hire/extension.
