About the role
Join the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security-clearance recruiting for diverse teams. Work for a great manager and collaborative team in a supportive, flexible environment where everyone helps each other.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security-clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of corporate recruiting experience.
- US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting.
- Preferred: Public Sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates.
- Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
- Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Experience handling corporate candidates and managing requisitions (12–15 reqs).
