Essential Functions
- Aid the Sanitization Supervisor in overseeing employees performing cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization tasks in manufacturing areas.
- Support the Supervisor in managing daily staffing to align with the production schedule.
- Lead by example, focusing on creating and maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and accountability.
- Maintain training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure they remain current.
- Earn compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Collect and analyze data to enhance production efficiency, including tracking processing times, downtime, and waste.
- Conduct investigations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and resolve deviations in the manufacturing department.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to swiftly address discrepancies or errors, ensuring timely product release.
- Support and train Technicians in sanitization processes and procedures as needed.
- Provide support to the Manufacturing Team as directed by Supervisors to meet the production schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and Necessary Competencies
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 2 years of sanitization or manufacturing experience in a regulated environment required.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in an aseptic process environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely task completion.
- Strong focus on achieving high-impact outcomes, setting clear goals, and driving performance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Effective cross-functional team collaboration, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and shared success.
- Understanding of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and USP guidelines.
- Proficient written, verbal, and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds periodically.
- Ability to maintain a gowning qualification for ISO 7 area.
