Cleanroom Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable Cleanroom Services Supervisor to lead daily operations within controlled environments, ensuring adherence to customer procedures, GMP standards, and quality requirements. Lead, train, and supervise Cleanroom Cleaners, managing scheduling, performance feedback, and skill development.Coordinate and oversee cleaning activities to meet customer expectations and scope of work.Ensure compliance with GMP, contamination control, and documentation standards, including proper gowning and controlled-environment behaviors.Support onboarding and ongoing training to maintain team readiness and quality standards.Act as the primary contact for assigned locations, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.Reinforce GMP practices, contamination-control, and a culture of quality and accountability.Escalate issues, participate in investigations, and support corrective actions related to contamination control. Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.2–4 years of GMP, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience preferred.Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work in controlled environments and wear PPE as required.Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Key focus areas: Ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards, maintaining documentation accuracy, and fostering a culture of quality and contamination control. The role involves active supervision, direct communication with customers, and physical presence within controlled environments to oversee cleaning activities effectively.
