Cleanroom Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Services Supervisor to lead and support cleanroom cleaning teams within assigned customer locations. Key Responsibilities Include Leading, coaching, and supervising Cleanroom Cleaners, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.Planning and overseeing daily cleaning activities to meet customer expectations and quality standards.Ensuring all contamination-control activities comply with customer procedures, GMP requirements, and quality standards.Maintaining team compliance with training, documentation, gowning, and controlled-environment behaviors, escalating issues as needed.Supporting onboarding and ongoing development of team members.Serving as the primary contact for assigned locations, maintaining clear communication with customer representatives.Reinforcing GMP practices, contamination control, and a culture of quality and accountability.Escalating risks, issues, or deviations and supporting investigations and corrective actions. Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.2–4 years of experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, or controlled-environment operations preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work in controlled environments and wear necessary PPE.Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. This role requires active, hands-on leadership, with physical ability to work in cleanrooms, stand for extended periods, and follow safety and contamination protocols.
