Cleanroom Compounding Technician - 1st Shift

The Cleanroom Compounding Technician will assist in compounding activities inside classified areas and must remain gowned inside an ISO 8 environment for 6+ hours.

Key Responsibilities

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Responsible for assisting in the set-up of daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization and set-up, and documenting in batch records and logbooks.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing errors/deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and the manufacturing schedule.
• Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.
• Able to receive and maintain an ISO 8 and High Potency Compounding gowning qualification (training will be provided).
• Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6 hours per shift and be able to twist and lift product material during job shift.
• Able to assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Basic Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).
• Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.
• Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
• Quality minded and detail oriented.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management.
• Able to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
