About the role

The Cleanroom Compounding Technician will assist in compounding activities within classified areas, adhering to ISO 8 standards and maintaining a high level of detail and attention to precision.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the setup of daily activities, including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization, and documentation in batch records and logbooks.
  • Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and the manufacturing schedule.
  • Assist in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.
  • Complete periods of standing up to 6 hours per shift and be able to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Work overtime on weekends as needed.
  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).
  • Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.
  • Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
  • Quality minded and detail oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management.
  • Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
