Responsibilities
- Read work orders and follow instructions in order of operation with high attention to detail
- Communicate with other departments to confirm high priority items and plan day to meet production needs
- Confirm correct parts and number of parts before starting cleaning process
- Prepare parts and assemblies for cleaning process according to work order
- Manually run rack with detail parts and assemblies through chemical baths in accordance with working procedures
- Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm the cleaning process was successful and report any problems to management
- Deliver cleaned parts to correct location for production
- Other duties assigned as needed to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work second shift hours with overtime and weekends as business need demands
- Must be able to read or learn to read blueprints
- Able to maintain high level of focus for long periods of time
- Able to perform as a team player since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers
- Able to perform physical requirements: physical stamina to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 75 pounds
- Able to have reliable transportation
- Able to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
- Able to pass pre-hire background check screening back 7 years
