Cleanline Technician (Aerospace Mfg.) 2nd Shift 4x10s Typically 3pm-1:30am

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow instructions in order of operation with high attention to detail
• Communicate with other departments to confirm high priority items and plan day to meet production needs
• Confirm correct parts and number of parts before starting cleaning process
• Prepare parts and assemblies for cleaning process according to work order
• Manually run rack with detail parts and assemblies through chemical baths in accordance with working procedures
• Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm the cleaning process was successful and report any problems to management
• Deliver cleaned parts to correct location for production
• Other duties assigned as needed to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work second shift hours with overtime and weekends as business need demands
• Must be able to read or learn to read blueprints
• Able to maintain high level of focus for long periods of time
• Able to perform as a team player since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers
• Able to perform physical requirements: physical stamina to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 75 pounds
• Able to have reliable transportation
• Able to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
• Able to pass pre-hire background check screening back 7 years
