Cleanline Tech/Blast | 3rd Shift +Sign-on Bonus

Pay rate includes a 17% shift differential.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties to chemically clean parts, remove paint and coatings, and set up and water-jet strip parts in preparation for the overhaul of aircraft engines to meet customer specifications and achieve quality results
• Work from established practices, overhaul manual instructions, and procedures to prepare parts for subsequent operations
• Verify part tags against part numbers upon receipt of parts; review work scope, manual, and SPOP specifications for correct process and solutions; and select proper fixtures for processing
• Hand clean small parts as required; request assistance regarding processes or cleaning difficult materials and parts
• Use protective gloves, masks, shields, and coats
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure efficient and timely cleaning of parts
• Follow established procedures for processing parts to strip paint, remove rust, carbon, and grease
• Maintain knowledge of material reactivity and process requirements
• Use judgment in determining quantity of parts for effective and time-efficient cleaning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• This position is safety-sensitive; applicant must comply with all applicable FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing rules
