Position Details
- 3rd Shift Mon-Fri 10:30pm-7:00am
- Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications
- Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift.
- Work from established practices and overhaul manual instructions and procedures to perform duties.
- Verify part tags against part numbers upon receipt of parts.
- Review work scope, manual, and SPOP specifications for correct process and solutions.
- Select proper fixtures for processing.
- Hand clean small parts as required.
- Request assistance regarding processes or cleaning difficult materials and parts.
- Use protective gloves, masks, shields, and coats.
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure efficient and timely cleaning of parts.
- Follow established procedures for processing parts to strip paint, remove rust, carbon, and grease from parts.
- Maintain knowledge of material reactivity and process requirements.
- Use judgment in determining quantity of parts for effective and time efficient cleaning.
