About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance to customers in need.
• Inspect damaged properties to assess the extent of damage and develop a restoration plan.
• Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate documentation and coverage.
• Apply appropriate cleaning and restoration techniques to return properties to pre-loss condition.
• Document all work performed and maintain thorough records for insurance claims.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and follow industry standards for health and hygiene.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in construction, home repair, or related fields is a plus.
