Cleaning Technician
Responsibilities
Treat clients with empathy, showcasing customer service skills for satisfaction.
Lead by example as a team player, actively engaging in work, learning, and cleaning.
Demonstrate multitasking abilities, coordinating activities on all assigned jobs.
Prepare for daily tasks, loading vehicles, cleaning equipment, and setting up staging areas.
Maintain a clean, organized workplace, leaving job sites with a neat appearance.
Ensure effective two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns.
Understand and adhere to safety guidelines on job sites, in the office, and during travel.
Qualifications
A desire for a CAREER, this is not just a job
Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
Valid Driver's License
Experience in cleaning preferred
High school diploma/GED
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
Exposure to chemicals - Wearing required protective equipment such as respirator, masks, gloves, etc.
Physically demanding jobs - Walking, kneeling, bending and standing for long periods of time
Ability to carry 0-20 pounds of equipment into buildings and up/down stairwells
Driving company vehicles
