Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents and specialized restoration equipment

• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of residential and commercial properties
• Clean structural materials and contents, including assisting with packouts and moving
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore affected areas to pre-loss condition
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of job sites and equipment
• Execute cleanup and sanitation tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for reporting
• Follow all established safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
