Requirements
- Availability to work on weekends
- Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
Physical Demands
- Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds
- Ability to push and pull floor cleaning equipment over concrete, tile and carpeted floors
- Sufficient physical strength, ability and stamina to perform a variety of janitorial tasks related to care of floors
- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning products
- Ability to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position
- Vision abilities required by this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
