Restoration Cleaning Technician Full Time
Pay: 20+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide sound cleaning practices on remodeling and renovation job sites.
• Detail cleaning and sanitizing of structures and content damaged by water, fire, smoke and mold.
• Remove damaged materials, such as wallboards and carpets.
• Dry out the area and remove mold.
• Assess, clean, sanitize & restore customer contents.
• Pack, photograph and log both onsite and in warehouse.
• Adhere to personal safety and industry standards.
• Excellent customer service with patience, empathy, a positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor.
• Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding client property.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 3 years experience in residential & commercial construction, water damage and fire clean.
• Good physical health must be able to lift, bend and climb.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites with valid drivers license.
• Rotation on call for water emergency services.
• Follow direction accurately as a team and work alone.
• Proficient English-speaking, reading and writing.
