About the role

Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans venue areas prior to opening to ensure cleanliness
• Repairs and/or replaces used damaged equipment
• Purchases, re-orders, and maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning products
• Works with scheduling payroll administrator to meet staffing needs
• Collaborates with fellow band members at the end of the show to close the venue, including collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades, etc.
• Budgets appropriately for each show's needs while working towards the overall operating per/head goal

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Cash handling skills
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+
• Occasional sitting

Benefits

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is $15.97 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
