The Cleaning Specialist (Janitorial Support) is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. This role ensures that all areas—including restrooms, entryways, floors, break rooms, guest seating areas, and high-touch surfaces—are cleaned regularly and meet sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable shopping and working environment for guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of store areas including restrooms, floors, entryways, break rooms, offices, and windows.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the store.
- Empty and sanitize trash and recycling receptacles in all departments and common areas.
- Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizer.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas frequently (e.g., door handles, carts, handrails, counters, guest seating areas, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, entryways, and cart corrals.
