Cleaning Specialist

About the role

The Cleaning Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial facilities, including offices, medical environments, and industrial spaces.

Responsibilities

• sweeping
• mopping
• vacuuming
• trash removal
• dusting
• restroom cleaning
• disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• basic floor care
• window cleaning (interior and exterior glass surfaces)
• periodic deep cleaning of carpets and other surfaces

Qualifications

• Skills in Commercial Cleaning and Carpet Care for office, industrial, or medical environments
• Skills in Window Cleaning for interior and exterior glass surfaces
• Skills in Home and House Cleaning demonstrating thoroughness, attention to detail, and consistency
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong attention to safety and sanitation protocols
• Reliable attendance, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry supplies for extended periods, in line with job duties
• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
