Cleaning Specialist Lead Person

About the role

Bluffs Facility Solutions is seeking a part-time Cleaning Specialists Lead Person to maintain administration offices and select clinical rooms in a healthcare facility located in Kimball, NE.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to clean designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning.
• Ensure the crew carries out cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Lead and cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Act as a leader and follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must have your own form of transportation (mileage and commute time to the location will be compensated).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to work from 6 PM to 10 PM.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage with integrity and fairness.
