Cleaning Specialist - Community

Responsibilities

• Cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs to prepare for new residents
• Maintaining common areas such as stairwells, hallways, amenities, leasing office, and entryways on a rotating basis
• Ensuring surfaces, floors, and high-traffic areas are consistently clean and presentable
• Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns
• Following cleaning checklists to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly

Requirements

• Take pride in quality work and have strong attention to detail
• Be dependable and self-motivated
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Have experience in building cleaning and can climb stairs easily
