Cleaning Services Worker I

Clean and maintain assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all designated areas.
• Use and store equipment properly; perform regular checks and report any deficiencies.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Assist in linen systems and use site washing machines for internal laundry where appropriate.
• Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy; report hazards to management.
• Maintain component hygiene standards.
• Address customer comments or complaints according to company or component policy.
• Ensure clothing (including footwear and headgear) and personal hygiene meet the highest standards at all times.
• Participate in company training to improve performance.
• Suggest areas of improvement and take corrective action as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable instructions from Aramark Management.

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to follow existing procedures to perform routine tasks.
• Courteous manner.
• Flexible approach to hours and duties.

Physical Demands

• May include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
