Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
- IICRC Certification Required (CCT, WRT).
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
