Cleaning & Restoration Technician

PuroClean of Burlington is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. We are expanding with a new residential and commercial cleaning division and are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. While primarily focused on maintenance cleaning, this role may include temporary support for restoration projects during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and commercial office spaces.
• Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Assist with property restoration cleaning (water, mold, and fire damage) during high-demand periods (full training provided).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent PuroClean of Burlington with professionalism.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
• Willing to support disaster restoration work when needed.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the last 3 years and no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must be insurable under company policy.
