About the Role

Assist in the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet, floor cleaning, and restoration services in alignment with company standards and available certifications.
• Document work accurately, including authorizations, daily logs, and work orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to add value or upsell services.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory, keeping tools and materials clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Demonstrate accountability and growth, learning new technology, pursuing certifications, and upholding Voda’s quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques and determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (e.g., commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning).

Qualifications

• Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) are highly desired, with Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into roles such as:
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
  • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
  • Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
  • Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
