Cleaner Job Summary

The Club is a fast-paced, fun work environment located within the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We are seeking a Part-Time Airport Lounge Cleaner with flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Cleaner Job Description

• Ensures clubroom and facilities are kept clean and in compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Performs full range of cleaning duties including: picking up trash, washing dishes, restocking magazines and newspapers, cleaning dishes, rugs, carpets, upholstery, and disinfecting restrooms.
• Restocks bar supplies and cleans breakrooms/kitchens.
• Dusts furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and cleans windows and door panels.
• Helps with deliveries by loading and unloading product.
• Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.

Cleaner Job Requirements

• Passes airport authority security background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related background in housekeeping or janitorial service.
• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old as applicable by law.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers, passengers, and co-workers.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Cleaner Essential Job Functions

• Cooperate with peers, customers, and supervisors of diverse nature.
• Maintain current city and state approved badges and permits, as applicable.
• Adhere to all local and state health department and other state agency regulations.
