Pay
Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility—from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area.
