Summary

The Ed Tech III supports student learning in an elementary school classroom, working closely with teachers to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with instruction

  • Supports daily classroom activities

Requirements

  • Certification/Authorization: Educational Technician II Authorization
  • Experience: Working with elementary-aged children in a school, childcare, or educational setting
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, patience, flexibility, positive attitude

Qualifications

  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when working with diverse learners

Benefits

Starting salary range: $21.24/hour [step 0] - $29.52/hour [step 17]

Pay

Salary based on the Educational Technician & Secretary Collective Bargaining Agreement and experience.
