About the Role
This position works specifically in Kindergarten classes. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Requirements
Applicants must be highly qualified, which includes meeting one of the following criteria:
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; or
- 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or
- Pass the ParaPro Assessment.
Pay
- Effective July 1, 2026:
- Lane 1 Step 1 ($17.88/Hour) – Not Highly Qualified
- Lane 2 Step 1 ($18.88/Hour) – Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university
- Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour) – Current/Former Licensed Teacher
