Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university
- 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university
- Pass the ParaPro Assessment
Skills
Professional level fluency in both Spanish and English.
Pay
Effective July 1, 2025:
- Lane 1, Step 1: $17.53/hour (Not Highly Qualified)
- Lane 2, Step 1: $18.51/hour (Associate's degree or 48 semester hours)
- Lane 3, Step 1: $19.55/hour (Current/Former Licensed Teacher)
Schedule
17 hours per week.
