Classroom Assistant FT - ESL
About the Role
180-day contract position, 7 hours per day. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) role assisting the school with translation and supporting the English Language Development class.
Pay
- Lane 1 Step 1: $17.53/hour (not highly qualified)
- Lane 2 Step 1: $18.51/hour (Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university)
- Lane 3 Step 1: $19.55/hour (current or former licensed teacher, highly qualified)

Retirement
Benefit-eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). The district contributes to the URS plan monthly. After a four-year vesting period, employees may choose between:
- Hybrid option (pension + 401k plan)
- 401k option (employer-paid)
