About the role

This faculty position is in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, focusing on non‑malignant hematology.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical care to adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Contributing to clinical and translational research
• Mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows
• Flexibility to incorporate malignant hematology based on the candidate's interests and expertise

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology (internal medicine certification encouraged)
• Strong interest in academic medicine demonstrated through research and/or education
• Excellent clinical skills in classical hematology
• Must pass background and health screenings
