Classical Hematologist Faculty
About the role
The University of Michigan Medical School is seeking a full-time medical hematologist to provide outstanding care and expertise in the evaluation and management of patients with non-malignant hematological disorders. The hematology team focuses on cytopenias, myelodysplastic syndromes, coagulopathies, and other benign hematologic conditions, offering opportunities to develop focus areas such as thrombosis, hemoglobinopathies, pregnancy-associated anticoagulation, and clonal hematopoiesis. The role provides a balanced schedule with protected time for scholarship, quality initiatives, and program development, and is set in a collegial, multidisciplinary environment with strong mentorship, advanced diagnostics, and support from experienced advanced practice providers.
