Class Experience Lead

About the Role

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. They partner with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentor class instructors to deliver the best possible experience. The role also involves overseeing class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve the best member experiences.
• Maintain class spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and have the right ambiance (e.g., scent, appearance).
• Foster member connections by collaborating with the Concierge Manager, working the front desk, and engaging with members in the café and workout floor.
• Update class content on the club’s Facebook group.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.
