Class Experience Lead

About the Role

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers. The role also involves overseeing spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manages spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and smell pleasant.
• Connects with members weekly through collaboration with the Concierge Manager, working the front desk, and engaging on the café and workout floor.
• Updates class content on the club’s Facebook group.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.50 and up to $29.75, based on experience and qualifications.
