Class B Truck Driver

About the role

As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you’ll operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; positive results for any controlled substance (including marijuana/THC) will disqualify applicants. Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire

Pay

$26.00 per hour. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply. Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts each week starting at 5:00 P.M. Local routes with potential out-of-town overnight.
