Primary Job Accountabilities
- Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
- Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
- Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Education, Requirements & Competencies
- Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
- Strong safety mindset.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
- 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
- Bilingual.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Driving Record Expectations:
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
- Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph.
- Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
