About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Class A Yard Jockey with a Class A license and experience maneuvering large trucks at our Easton, PA plant, including loading and unloading trailers and trucks.

Responsibilities

  • Move trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck
  • Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading
  • Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations
  • Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
  • Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’-53’)
  • Heavy lifting required

Requirements

  • Class A license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card
  • Minimum 3 years experience operating 26-foot trucks and trailers up to 53-foot
  • Passing our 7-year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
  • Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
  • Touch freight experience
  • Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
  • Proven longevity in past employment
