Class A Driver with $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Schedule

Monday – Friday with dispatch between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Pay & Bonuses

Earn up to $70,000+ annually, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Drivers are also eligible for a monthly bonus of up to $1,625.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to local customers on scheduled routes.
• Unload product and place it in designated areas.
• Complete deliveries safely and on time.
• Interact with customers professionally.
• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post‑trip) and inspections of tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues, hazards, and required repairs.
• Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
• Count items, verify customer invoices, and complete accurate paperwork.
• Attach pre‑loaded trailers and drive to customer locations according to predetermined routes.
• Unload products, transport items into designated customer storage areas, and verify delivery with signatures.
• Collect cash or checks where required.
• Load customer returns onto trailer and secure trailer doors.
• Perform damage control checks, scan items, and notify supervisors of any issues.
• Secure tractor, trailer, and freight at all times.
• Unload damaged goods and customer returns, complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, loading dock area, and trailers.
• Complete daily hours‑of‑service records in compliance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and secure all equipment at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 12+ months tractor/trailer driving experience.
• Valid CDL‑A (must be 21+ years of age).
• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test, criminal background check, and road test.
• Valid DOT health card (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to hand‑lift and operate two‑wheeler, lift gate, or other equipment to move and stack product cases ranging from 10–35 lb up to 60–90 lb.
