About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver with a Class A license and experience driving large trucks to collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations across the Baltimore, MD area while delivering a high level of customer service daily.

Responsibilities
- Deliver throughout MD/DC
- Operate straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53 ft in a safe manner
- Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations
- Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Complete deliveries on schedule and clearly communicate any changes
- Load and unload and organize your truck per schedule needs
- Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and handle roadside inspections
- Push/pull a four-wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs
Requirements
- Class A license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card
- Minimum 3 years experience operating straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53 ft
- Pass a 7-year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
- Touch freight experience
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Proven longevity in past employment
