Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate company 53' dry van trailers in compliance with regulations and company policies
- Maintain on-time deliveries and professional customer interactions
- Follow routing and ELD/logbook procedures
- Assist with drop-and-hook operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- Experienced drivers: minimum 6 months recent driving experience preferred
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
- Fair driving record: no at-fault accidents, major violations, disqualifying suspensions, or DUI convictions in the past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
- Certain criminal convictions within the past 5 years may affect eligibility and will be reviewed individually
- Stable employment history (limited gaps)
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
Compensation
- $1,200–$1,400 weekly pay
- Per-mile $0.56–$0.64
- Trainee pay $650/week (typical 4–6 weeks)
- $15 stop pay
- Monthly performance bonus $0.06/mi for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles who meet safety and fuel-efficiency criteria
Schedule & Home Time
- Upper Midwest regional lanes
- Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour weekend reset
- Day or night shifts
- Typical miles: 1,800–2,200/week

- 100% no-touch freight; majority drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload
Training & Benefits
- Structured orientation and on-road mentoring
- Drivers with under 6 months’ experience typically run OTR with a trainer 4–6 weeks
