53' dry van trailers
100% no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload
Home weekly on weekends (depart Monday, return Saturday morning) with minimum 34-hour reset
Average weekly mileage 1,500–1,800
Day or night driving as required
Structured OTR training and on-road mentoring until cleared for solo runs

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200–$1,500 per week (dependent on miles and pay tier)
  Trainee pay $650+ per week (typical 4–6 week training)
  Per-mile pay $0.56–$0.64
  $15 stop pay
  $40 load pay (most loads qualify)
  Monthly performance bonus up to $0.06 per mile
• Benefits after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off)

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
  Age 21+
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
  Fair driving record—no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years and no DUIs within the past 5 years
  Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
  Generally stable work history (10-year history preferred; minimum six months in the last year or one year in the last three years)
  Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case
