Requirements
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months; or no more then 4 mv in the past 3 years
- No major moving violation in the past 3 years
- DUI must be outside of 10 years
- Urine drug screen required
- CDL Class A Driver / Truck Driver

Qualifications
- Live within 40 miles of Polk City, FL
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the past 5 years, with at least 6 months of recent experience
