About the role
Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Feed Truck Driver to join our Class A CDL team in Woodburn, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Delivering feed as scheduled with a positive attitude
- Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire
- Completing driver logs and inspection reports on a daily basis
- Assisting in other areas of the Feed Mill when needed, including hauling grain, grinding grain, dumping wagons and trucks, and mill cleaning
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and hold a Class A CDL
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, including dark and dusty environments
- Ability to climb in and out of a semi‑tractor approximately 20 times per day
- Ability to climb feed tank ladders (≈30 ft high at a 90° angle) at least 10 times per day
Qualifications
Entry‑level position; all training will be provided.

Pay
- Starting hourly rate: $23.80, with potential increase to $24.30 after 90 days
- Monthly and year‑end profit‑sharing bonuses (based on company performance)
- $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid as $500 per month for six months (rehires eligible one year after termination)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with the possibility of working weekends and holidays.
