About the role

Responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods and equipment safely and efficiently. Duties include rigging and securing loads, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and performing routine maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Rig and secure loads according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure all vehicles are in safe operating condition through regular maintenance checks.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.
• Knowledge of rigging and securing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passing score on a commercial driver’s road test.
• Experience with forklifts and other heavy machinery.

Skills

• Proficient in operating Class A commercial vehicles.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
