About the role
Seeking dependable and experienced individuals for Class A CDL Rigging Driver positions. This is not a typical driving job—in addition to operating a commercial vehicle, you will be an active member of the rigging crew, working hands-on to move and install heavy equipment and machinery. If you're looking to sit behind the wheel all day, this is not the position for you.
Pay is dependent on experience. $2000 sign-on bonus and $500 referral bonus available.
Responsibilities
- Work in both inside and outside environments to support the movement of heavy equipment and machinery
- Participate directly in rigging operations, including the setup and relocation of industrial equipment
- Operate fork trucks, scissor lifts, and man lifts
- Perform tasks in varied weather conditions and job site environments
- Work at elevated heights and in confined spaces
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Must currently be able to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance
- Must be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel out of town on occasion
- Previous CDL driving experience hauling specific types of trailers is required: Step deck, Lowboy, and/or Flatbed trailers
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in a variety of conditions
- Familiarity with forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job-related equipment (a plus, but not required)
This is a physical, hands-on role. Drivers are fully involved in the rigging work, not just transportation. You will be expected to contribute on-site, not just behind the wheel.
