About the role
Responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles for transportation purposes, including rigging and loading/unloading equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Rig and unload heavy equipment
- Load and unload cargo in compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
