Class A CDL Driver

This position involves the timely pickup, labeling, loading, and delivery of shipments, using required equipment, policies, and procedures. It may include driving a tractor-trailer unit to customer locations and returning to the original domicile during the same shift.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages
• Utilize heavy machinery (e.g., pallet movers, stand-up forklifts) to handle palletized freight
• Deliver and pick up packages to/from residential and commercial properties
• Ensure safe transportation and efficient delivery services
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
• Maintain customer service excellence through efficiency and dedication
• Leverage technology to aid in delivery services

Requirements

• Valid CDL license (commercial driver’s license) in home state
• HazMat endorsement
• Pass a UPS road test, DOT physical (including drug screen), and background checks
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Workdays, nights, and/or weekends as required
