Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in facilities, trucks, and on the road to ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery.
• Operate with minimal micromanagement; manage your own vehicle, driving, scheduling, routing, and daily activities.
• Work as part of a supportive team; ask for help when needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Adapt your schedule for personal needs (e.g., recitals, caring for relatives) with company flexibility.
• Keep accurate paperwork and comply with all state and federal DOT regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1‑year of on‑the‑road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No more than 1 DOT‑recordable accident in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement on CDL preferred but not required.
• Maintain all required company paperwork.
• Follow all state and federal regulations per DOT standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
